Wexford Book Tour – Day One!

After Bunclody it was off to the brilliant libraries in Enniscorthy and New Ross, where local pupils again did themselves and their teachers proud by asking lots and lots of questions during my author visit…

They all certainly seemed to enjoy my reading from The Red-Letter Day… Jeremiah Gnome’s funny voice especially went down a treat! And of course they’re all studying 1916 and the Proclamation of the Irish Republic, so we had a good chat about that as well – without giving too much away from the book’s exciting finale, of course.

Thank you very much, Enniscorthy and New Ross libraries – and to all the young bookworms I met there.
